- A winner will be picked at random and the winner will be notified by email no later than 1st February 2017. All reasonable endeavors will be made to contact the winner by email, should a winner not be contactable within 28 days, refuse the prize or be disqualified, then the we reserve the right withdraw the prize from the winner.
- The winner has to be over 21 years of age with a full and valid UK drivers licence for a minimum of 12 months and must have no more than three penalty points. Driving licence must be shown upon collection of the car (both parts for new style licence).
- Prize must be booked in advance and is subject to availability we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of the equivalent value without giving notice.
- The prize is not transferable without our prior written agreement and no cash alternative is available. Mileage limitation is restricted to a maximum of 3,000 miles.
- Entrants agree these rules by entering into the prize draw. These rules are governed by English Law. The loan of the MINI is subject to Sytner Birmingham Loan Car Terms. The winner must agree to these terms before taking possession of the car. Key Loan Car Terms: the car may only be driven by the winner, only for private use and not for any form of racing; the winner is responsible for any fines, congestion or other charges arising from use of the car and for any damage arising from his/her failure to take reasonable care; the car is insured subject to an insurance excess (see Loan Car Terms); insurance does not cover possessions.
- Sytner Birmingham has the right to refuse permission to the driver due to driving offences/disqualifications or if Sytner Birmingham otherwise considers the driver unfit to drive.
